Job Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Market Research & Analysis 市场调研与分析:
Conduct in-depth research on cable industry trends, competition,customer demands in target markets; formulate localized strategies.深入调研目标国家电缆行业现状、竞争格局及客户需求，制定本土化市场策略。
2. Client Development & Maintenance 客户开发与维护:
Establish partnerships with local distributors, agents,end-users; achieve sales targets.开发当地经销商、代理商及终端客户资源，达成销售目标。
3. Sales Execution 销售执行:
Implement annual/quarterly sales plansensure KPIs are met.
制定并执行销售计划，确保完成业绩指标。
4. BrPromotion 品牌推广:
Organize exhibitions, technical seminars,marketing campaigns to enhance brawareness.策划行业展会、技术交流会等活动，提升品牌知名度。
5. Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作:
Coordinate with product, technical,logistics teams to deliver customer solutions.协同产品、技术及物流团队，高效满足客户需求。
Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Education & Experience 学历与经验:
Bachelor’s degreeabove in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering,related fields.本科及以上学历，市场营销、国际贸易、电气工程等相关专业。
2. Language Skills 语言能力:
Fluent in English (working proficiency; IELTS/TOEFLinterview test required).英语流利（需提供语言成绩或通过面试测试）。
Proficiency in MalayArabic is a plus (basic communication skills verified via interview).掌握马来语或沙特语者优先（需通过面试测试）。
3. Professional Skills 专业技能:
Familiar with international trade processes (L/C, logistics, customs)contract negotiation.熟悉国际贸易流程（信用证、物流、关税）及合同谈判。
Knowledge of local regulations (e.g., SASO in Saudi, SIRIM in Malaysia).了解目标国家行业标准与认证（如沙特SASO、马来西亚SIRIM）。
4. Soft Skills 软性素质:
Adaptability to long-term overseas assignmentsfrequent travel.适应长期驻外及高频跨国出差。
Strong cross-cultural communicationproblem-solving skills.优 秀的跨文化沟通能力与抗压能力。
Compensation & Benefits 薪酬福利:
薪资: 底薪+提成+奖金（具体面议，优于行业标准）。
