【岗位职责】
1、负责外贸订单的全流程跟进(报价、打样、生产进度、出货、单证等);
2、协助业务与国外客户进行日常沟通(邮件、电话、视频会议等);
3、协调生产、采购、品质等部门,确保交期及质量达标;
4、负责出口相关单证制作及物流安排;
5、妥善处理客户反馈及异常情况;
6、接听及拨打客户电话,维护公司专业形象;
7、完成上级交办的其他工作事项。
【任职要求】
1、具备良好的客户服务意识,能够站在客户立场思考问题并解决问题;
2、有自信心,积极主动,有明确的职业发展目标;
3、熟悉出口贸易操作流程,了解报关、单证、国际物流等基本知识;
4、具备良好的英语听说读写能力,能够独立完成日常业务沟通(CET-4及以上优先);
5、熟悉常见国际商务礼仪;
6、熟练使用办公软件(Word、Excel、Outlook等);
7、具备良好的电话沟通能力和职业形象意识;
8、具备一定的自律能力,部分工作时间可居家办公。

?? Job Vacancy: Export Sales Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Follow up export orders from quotation, sampling, production tracking to shipment and documentation;
Maintain daily communication with overseas clients via email, phone, and online meetings;
Coordinate internally with production, purchasing, and QC departments to ensure delivery schedule and quality;
Handle export documentation and logistics arrangements;
Manage customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently;
Answer and make business calls professionally, representing the company image;
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Customer-oriented mindset with strong sense of responsibility;
Confident, self-motivated and goal-driven;
Familiar with export trade procedures and international shipping processes;
Good command of English (written and spoken), able to handle daily business communication independently;
Knowledge of international business etiquette;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Good telephone communication skills with professional manner;
Ability to work remotely for part of working hours.
